Making Payment with Google Checkout

To pay with Google Checkout, you must already have a Google Account. When you Checkout, you will be directed to a Google payment page and will be given two options to complete payment. Options: "Create a Google Account to Continue" OR "Sign In if you already have a Google Account". You must opt to Sign In to an existing account, to complete payment.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express via our secure server. Our site uses 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to process orders. When entering your credit card information you will be required to provide the CVV2 (Card Verification Value). Please provide the billing address for your credit card along with the other information requested. If any values entered do not match your credit card file, the order can't be processed until that is resolved. To ship to an address other than your billing address, please Email Us before checkout.

Paypal

We also accept cash,credit cards and e-checks through PayPal. If paying by an e-check, it must clear before your order is shipped. Clearing normally takes about 3-4 business days, depending on your bank.

Money Orders

For your convenience, you may also pay by money order. Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, go through the checkout process and choose money order as your payment method. You will then be prompted to print out your order. Please send the money order within 48 hours of making your purchase. If payment isn't received within 10 days, the items will be placed back in stock.

Shipping for Retail Orders

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours via the USPS or Fed Ex, depending on the weight. You will receive an email confirming your order has shipped. If shipped with USPS, the number associated with the shipment is a Delivery Confirmation number, not tracking. It is only scanned when delivered so please do not attempt to track your package with that number. If you order was shipped via Fed Ex, the number can be tracked at their site.

Shipping for Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders within the U.S. will ship USPS or Fed Ex when feasible. If the quantity ordered is in stock, your order will be shipped immediately upon receiving payment. If you order exceeds current stock, we will notify you by email. You may then cancel all or any part of your order.

International Shipping for Retail and Wholesale

We can only offer two options, since we do not ship First Class Mail. Please select International Priority or International Express as your shipping option. Once we package your order, we compare Flat Rate options to cost by weight. We always ship using the most cost effective, safe, method. Once the order is packaged, shipping rates compared and selected, we automatically refund any excess shipping above our small handling fee. We accept orders from all countries but we reserve the right to hold orders in case of violence in the shipping area.

Our Postal System is called the USPS. The rates for International shipping are by weight, with only 2 Flat Rate Box options.
Calculations are done as follows:
1 ounce up to 2 pounds (32 ounces) is calculated by the ounce.
Above 2 pounds, the rates are then calculated by the pound only.
Example: A box weighing 2 lbs 1 oz cost the same to ship as a box weighing 3 lbs 0 ounces.
3 lbs 1 oz goes to the next higher rate, up to 4 lbs 0 ounces.
We will be happy to maximize your order, while minimizing your shipping costs.
You may request a shipping estimate for the order you wish to place. We will then tell you
how many extra brushes you can add to your box, without increasing shipping costs.
